All-day spectator event FROM 9AM:

Heavy Horse and Harness Challenge Led, Ridden, Working Horse, Harness, and Driver Divisions featuring magnificent Clydesdales

Farm House Challenge where the driver, off-sider and their trusty steed will be challenged in a timed and penalty based course, with six obstacles to complete, through a course replicating the daily life of a farmer in days before machines. Participants' interpretation of "daily life of a farmer" has to be seen to be believed!

Free parking is available at the showground after entry.  Enter at the pay booth then follow the signs to the right.

The Comboyne Grocery Shop  is open from 7am - 7pm seven days a week.  Petrol and ATM withdrawals are available from the shop.  

Mobile phone coverage is now available in Comboyne.

You can get to Comboyne from three directions from the nearest towns in approximately 40 minutes.  From Wingham and Kendall off the Pacific Highway through magnificent rainforests on gravel roads; or from Wauchope on the Oxley Highway on a sealed road through green rolling pasture land and dry sclerophyll hillside forest; until you reach the top of the plateau. When you reach Comboyne, drive to the bottom of the hill and turn left into Showground Road.

Something for all the family at this great country show.  Well worth the drive!
